Cocktails
Our bar works with soju, plum honey and matcha – ingredients that match the kitchen and are rarely found in a glass in Hamburg. Alongside three gin and tonics there are house creations such as Bloody Geisha, Monkey King and Hokkaido Tonic. The sour cocktails contain egg white.

Questions about the menu
Which dishes on the menu are vegan?
Everything marked with a green V is vegan: among the starters edamame, spicy edamame, avocado wedges, the summer rolls with tofu and the plain versions of the wild herb salad, wakame salad and spicy mango salad. Among the sushi it is maki avocado, maki kappa, maki radish, the I.O. Veggi and the Veggi Mix. Among the warm dishes, Hot Pepper Basil, Bun and udon noodles with tofu.
What do the numbers after the dishes mean?
They are the 14 declarable allergens. 1 stands for gluten, 2 for crustaceans, 3 for egg, 4 for fish, 5 for peanuts, 6 for soy, 7 for milk, 8 for nuts, 9 for celery, 10 for mustard, 11 for sesame, 12 for sulphites, 13 for lupin and 14 for molluscs. How many people can I book a table for online?
Online you can book a table for up to 8 people. From 9 people the request goes through the waitlist, which takes up to 16. For larger groups, please call us on +49 170 2171694 or ask about catering. There are no reservations at lunchtime – then it is collection and delivery only.
How many people does a sushi set serve?
Joy for One and the Mini Set are made for one person, Perfect Couple for two, Family Reunion for four. From five people upwards our sushi master puts together the Sushi Set Freestyle – just ask us for the price. For larger groups of around ten and up we would rather plan a catering.
Which dishes come without raw fish?
All hot wok dishes, the Big Tempura Rolls, nigiri ebi and nigiri unagi as well as the I.O. Ebi Tempura, I.O. Unagi and I.O. Salmon Skin rolls come without raw fish. Among the maki, ebi tempura, salmon skin, kani and ebi are made without raw fish. The vegetarian and vegan dishes contain no fish at all.
When is the lunch menu available?
Monday to Thursday from 11:30 to 14:30, for collection and delivery only. The menu is Mo Bowl with Salmon at €12.50 or Tuna at €12.50, Mo Curry with Chicken at €12.50 or Tofu at €11.50. From 17:00 the full menu is back.
